1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 cup crushed Ice
1 cup double cream
2 Tbsps powdered sugar

Preparation steps

Combine the pumpkin puree, honey, and milk with a pinch of ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger in a food processor or blender.
2.
Blend on high for 1 minute, add the crushed ice, and blend again until smooth.
3.
In a mixing bowl, whip the cream with the icing sugar and vanilla extract until softly peaked.
4.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and top with mounds of the whipped cream. Garnish with a dusting of the remaining ground cinnamon.
