7 ozs white chocolate (chopped)
18 ozs prepared Fruit (e. g. cherries, grapes, bananas, strawberries)
ground Pistachio (to garnish)
ground candied violet (to garnish)

Preparation

Preparation steps

1.
Melt the chocolate in two separate bain maries. Leave to cool.
2.
Reheat the chocolate and dunk the prepared fruit in it.
3.
Leave to cool on a wire rack with a baking tray underneath to catch the drips. Serve garnished with ground pistachios or candied violets.
