Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the asparagus. Peel as necessary. Blanch the white asparagus in boiling salted water for 2 minutes. Add the green asparagus and cook another 2-3 minutes. Drain well. Weave the asparagus onto skewers with the bacon. Brush with oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook on the grill for 6-8 minutes while turning.
