1 Pineapple
1 chili pepper (finely chopped)
1 Tbsp fresh ginger (chopped)
800 grams ground pork
100 grams Quark
2 eggs
1 tsp Sambal oelek
2 tsps Curry powder
50 grams Sesame seeds
1 red paprika
1 tsp butter
200 milliliters sweet and sour Sauce

600 grams Chinese stir-fried vegetable (frozen)

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat convection oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F) and grease a baking sheet.

Cut pineapple into quarters, remove the core and chop.

Mix the ground pork with quark, eggs, chile and half the pineapple. Shape into a loaf, sprinkle with sesame seeds and place on the greased baking sheet. Bake on the middle shelf for about 45 minutes.

Meanwhile cook the pasta until al dente.Rinse the peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and dice. Sauté in butter together with the remaining pineapple. Deglaze with sweet and sour sauce and mix in the stir fry vegetables and cooked noodles. Pour the vegetable pasta on a plate and serve topped with the meatloaf.
