Preparation steps
1.
Rinse chicory, cut in half and remove stem. Cut into thin strips. Rinse chives, shake dry and cut into small rings.
2.
Cut star shapes out of cheese slices. Rinse apples, cut in half, remove seeds and cut into thin slices. Spread chicory strips into raclette pans, cover with apple slices, add salt and pepper and top with cheese stars. Bake in preheated raclette pan for about 8 minutes.
