Preparation steps
1.
Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain, rinse and let drain again.
2.
Melt butter in a saucepan. Add breadcrumbs and cook until golden-brown. Add pasta and toss until heated through. Mix in sugar and cinnamon. Serve pasta with topped with apricot compote. Garnish with mint and fresh apricots.
