½ cup Mayonnaise (or salad dressing)
2 Tbsps freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tsps Curry powder
salt (to taste)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
For Chicken Salad
3 cups diced, deli rotisserie chicken
2 stalks Celery (cleaned; trimmed and diced small)
1 small, red Bell pepper (rinsed; seeded and diced small)
1 cup seedless, red Grape (rinsed and halved)

Preparation steps

In large bowl, stir dressing ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
