- For the rosemary and thyme oil
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 sprig thyme (with flowers)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200 milliliters cold pressed olive oil
- For the vanilla oil
- 2 Vanilla bean
- 125 milliliters mild olive oil
Preparation steps

For the rosemary and thyme oil: Place the rosemary and thyme sprigs in a bottle. Peel the garlic and add to the bottle. Fill with oil and seal. Infuse for at least 14 days.

For the vanilla oil: Halve vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out seeds with a sharp knife. Place the pod and the seeds in a bottle, fill with oil and seal. Infuse for at least 7 days, shaking occasionally.
