2 liters Chicken broth
1 tsp freshly chopped ginger
100 grams thinly sliced Mushrooms
100 grams Rice noodles
4 scallions (rinsed and trimmed)
Napa cabbage (cut into strips)
paprika (50 grams, finely chopped)
carrots (50 grams, finely chopped)
lemons (Juice)
salt
Light soy sauce

Preparation steps

1.

In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil and add ginger.

2.

Add mushrooms and noodles and boil about 2 minutes. Cut scallions crosswise on the diagonal. Add scallions, Napa cabbage strips, pepper and carrot to pot.

3.

Cook 30 seconds and season with lemon juice, soy sauce and salt.
