12 Ice cubes
250 milliliters Apple juice
100 milliliters pomegranates
4 organic Limes

Preparation steps

Rinse the mint and place in a large pot. Cover with 500 ml (approximately 17 ounces) of boiling water, and let steep for 10 minutes. Remove the mint, and add the ice cubes, apple juice, and the pomegranate syrup. Rinse two limes, quarter one lengthwise, and cut into thin slices. Squeeze the juice from the second lime. Add the lime slices and the juice to iced tea. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Pour into small glasses, and serve.
