400 grams Lasagne noodle

3 Tbsps olive oil (cold-pressed)
1 Cucumber
2 stalks Celery
200 grams Crème fraiche
6 Tbsps Whipped cream
1 tsp Mustard seed
salt
freshly ground peppers
4 tsps lemon juice
3 tsps finely chopped Dill
2 cans Tuna

Preparation steps

Cook lasagna noodles in salted boiling water until al dente. Rinse, trim and cut cucumber and celery diagonally into thin slices. Drain tuna and break into chunks with a fork. Mix together creme fraiche with cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste, mustard seeds and dill. Drain lasagna noodles, reserving some of the cooking water. Mix noodles with olive oil and 3-4 tablespoons cooking water.

Divide cucumber and celery slices among four plates and top with loosely rolled lasagna noodles. Drizzle with dressing and top with remaining vegetable slices. Scatter tuna decoratively over vegetables and drizzle with remaining sauce.
