250 grams Peas (frozen)
150 milliliters Vegetable broth
lemon juice

Preparation steps

Cook the pappardelle in boiling salted water until al dente.

Rinse, trim, and slice the leeks. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat the oil and sauté the leeks for 1-2 minutes.

Mix in the peas, then deglaze with the broth. Simmer for 5 minutes, then season to taste with salt, lemon juice, and pepper. Add the pappardelle, and toss until combined. Transfer to plates, and serve.
