2 ½ ozs crunchy Muesli
2 Tbsps honey
5 ozs natural Yogurt
cup milk

Preparation steps

1.
Place the apple, 50 g muesli, the honey, yoghurt and milk in a blender and purée well. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with the remaining muesli and the set-aside apple.
