4 Tbsps sugar
1 cup plain Yogurt
1 handful Ice
mint (to garnish)

Preparation steps

1.
Place the lime juice and mint leaves in a blender and blend until smooth. Pass through a fine sieve then return the juice to the blender.
2.
Add the sugar, yoghurt and ice cubes and blend.
3.
Pour into glasses, garnish with the mint leaves and serve immediately.
