2 Tbsps sesame oil
2 ⅔ cups Pork loin (or fillet)
2 chili peppers (rinsed, halved, cleaned and finely chopped)
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
3 ½ cups strong Chicken broth
¼ cup Rice vinegar
1 ¼ cups Wood Ear Mushrooms (mu err)
soy sauce
2 Tbsps fresh cilantro (chopped)

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oil in a pan.
2.
Seal the meat in the hot oil.
3.
Add the ginger root and chile pepper.
4.
Add the broth, vinegar and mushrooms and simmer for around 20 minutes.
5.
Season with soy sauce and serve scattered with plenty of coriander.
