2 Tbsps cold-pressed olive oil
1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

parsley (to garnish)

Preparation steps

Mix the yogurt with the herbs, lemon juice and oil and puree finely in a blender. Season with salt and pepper and add nutmeg to taste. Pour into tall glasses and serve cold, garnished with a little parsley.
