2 handfuls mixed Fresh herbs (such as, chervil, mint, tarragon, parsley)
2 Apple
1 Orange
1 tsp olive oil (or walnut oil)
500 milliliters mineral water

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the spinach and herbs and shake dry. Rinse and peel the apples, remove the cores and cut into large pieces. Squeeze the orange.

2.

Combine the spinach, the herbs, the apple pieces and the orange juice in a blender and purée together. Pour in the oil and make up with water. Mix until frothy and pour into 4 glasses.

Serve with straws and garnished with chervil.
