2 Tbsps olive oil

freshly ground peppers
Zucchini (1/2, green or yellow)
1 Tomato
1 large scallion
thyme (1 branch)
rosemary (1 branch)

Preparation steps

Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Brush with olive oil.

Rinse and peel vegetables. Cut zucchini diagonally into slices, cut scallion in half lengthwise and cut tomato crosswise. Brush everything with remaining oil and sprinkle with salt.

Put the meat and vegetables on the hot grill and grill according to preference. (Cook meat on each side about 3-5 minutes, depending on desired doneness.) Serve garnished with thyme and rosemary.
