cup dried Cranberry
2 cups rolled oats
0.333 cup Golden raisins
½ cup Pistachio (shelled)
2 Tbsps golden flaxseed
1 Banana (mashed)

Preparation steps

1.
Soak the dates and cranberries in a bowl of hot water for 10 minute. Meanwhile, grease and line a small shallow baking tray with greaseproof paper.
2.
Drain and blend in a food processor with the oats, raisins, pistachios, linseeds, and banana. Add a little hot water if the mixture is too stiff.
3.
Spoon the mixture into the lined baking tray and flatten out. Cover and chill for 1 hour or until firm.
4.
Turn out and cut into bars before serving.
