3 cups Muesli
¾ cup self-rising flour
½ cup light brown sugar
3 Tbsps honey
1 egg (beaten)
½ cup butter (melted)

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 180C|350F|gas mark 4. Grease a baking tray.

Combine the muesli, flour and sugar in a mixing bowl. Make a well in the centre and add the honey, egg and butter and mix well.
3.
Drop tablespoons of the mixture onto the baking tray, pressing down lightly with the back of a spoon.
4.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, them remove from the baking tray and cool completely on a wire rack.
