Preparation steps

Peel oranges carefully with a sharp knife, taking care to remove the white skin. Then cut along orange partitions to remove orange fillets. Collect resulting juice in a bowl. Add crab to the bowl, let rest for 15 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
2.
Spread bread thinly with mayonnaise and divide into 4 pieces. Mix remaining mayonnaise in a bowl with tomato ketchup, crab, orange segments and chopped dill. Rinse lettuce, tear into 20 small pieces and place on bread. Cover with crab mixture and serve garnished with dill.
