Preparation steps

Whisk together the coconut milk, yoghurt, salt and honey until blended.
2.
Whisk in the chia seeds and leave to stand for 30 minutes. cover and chill overnight.
3.
Spoon into serving glasses. Slice the bananas and arrange on top of the puddings. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
