Preparation steps

Season the fish fillets with salt and plenty of mixed pepper, pressing the pepper slightly to adhere. Rinse the figs, halve and briefly heat in 2 tablespoons olive oil, drizzle with honey and lemon juice and let cool.

Coat the fish fillets in a thin layer of flour and add to the remaining oil skin sides down. Cover and cook about 3-4 minutes over medium-low heat, turn over and cook briefly on the other side. Arrange the fish fillets with the figs on plates and serve.
