1 large ripe Banana (or 2 small bananas)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
4 eggs
250 grams sugar
200 milliliters vegetable oil
200 milliliters Banana juice
100 grams ground Hazelnuts
½ tsp ground ginger
300 grams Pastry flour
1 packet cream of tartar
powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (approximately 350 ° F).

Peel the banana and mash with a fork. Mix in lemon juice. Beat  eggs with  sugar until creamy. Add oil and banana juice. Add mashed bananas, nuts and ginger. Mix in flour and cream of tartar. Pour batter into greased pan and bake in preheated oven for 45 - 50 minutes. Let cool and serve dusted with powdered sugar.
