Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 80°C (approximately 175°F)

Rinse the salmon and pat dry. Peel the lemons and cut into slices. Remove the stems from the herbs. Rub the salmon with the lemon slices, butter and herbs, place in baking bags or tin foil packets, close tightly and bake for about 30 minutes in the oven. Serve seasoned with a little salt.
