- 1.333 cups cream
- 2 ⅔ cups Strawberries
- 2 Tbsps sugar
- ¼ cup Amaretto
- ½ cup Amaretti biscuits
Preparation steps
1.
Wash the strawberries. Reserve 2 strawberries to garnish and slice the rest. Mix with 1-2 tbsp sugar and the Amaretto. Whip the cream with 1 tbsp sugar until stiff. Divide half of the strawberries between 4 glasses and crumble half of the amaretti biscuits over them. Cover with half of the cream. Repeat with the rest of the ingredients.

Serve well-chilled, garnished with the reserved strawberries.
