200 grams Pulp (from the aloe vera leaf)
1 carrot
1 tsp honey
2 Tbsps Lime juice
2 Tbsps olive oil
150 grams Snow peas
2 Tbsps Wolfberry

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the carrot, cut lengthwise into thin slices and then cut into diamond shapes.

2.

Rinse and trim the snow peas and cut into diagonal pieces.

3.

Blanch the carrot and snow peas for 1-2 minutes in salted water. Rinse cold and drain.

4.

Cut the aloe vera pulp into cubes and arrange on plates along with the carrot pieces and snow peas. Shower with wolfberries.

5.

Mix a dressing with the oil, honey and lime juice and drizzle over the salad before serving.
