Turkey Burger

- 12 ozs lean Ground turkey
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 Tbsp seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp freshly ground peppers
- 4 leaves Lettuce
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Red onion
- 1 handful Cress
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 4 Hamburger bun
- 4 Tbsps Chili sauce (sweet-tart)
Mix the ground turkey with the egg yolks and breadcrumbs until it forms a well moldable material. Season with salt and pepper and shape into four patties.
Rinse and spin dry the lettuce. Rinse the tomatoes, remove the stalks, and cut into slices. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Rinse the watercress and drain.
Fry the turkey patties in hot oil in a pan for about 5-6 minutes per side.
Cut the bun in half horizontally. Place the lettuce and turkey patty on the bottom of the bun. Brush with chili sauce and then top with tomatoes and onions. Sprinkle with the watercress. Top with the top half of the bun.
To serve: Serve immediately on a plate.
