- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 250 grams Pineapple
- 1 bunch Radish
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 Cucumber
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- 3 Tbsps sunflower oil
- 1 pinch sugar
- ½ tsp Mustard
Preparation
1.
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cut pineapple flesh into cubes. Rinse radishes, trim and cut into small pieces. Rinse and chop cucumber.

Cook chicken in hot oil for about 10 minutes. Mix vinegar with lemon juice, mustard and sugar. Season with salt and pepper. Mix dressing with pineapple, radishes and cucumber. Distribute between serving plates and top with chicken. Serve.
