200 milliliters Whipped cream
100 grams grated Parmesan
1 bunch Dill
1 Tbsp butter
salt

Preparation steps

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente, drain well. Clean broccoli, divide into florets and blanch in boiling salted water for 7 minutes, rinse in cold water and drain well. Rinse and pat dry salmon, cut into large cubes, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon juice. Whisk cream with half of Parmesan.

Chop dill finely, season with salt and pepper and add to cream. Butter large baking pan and spread with pasta, top with broccoli and salmon cubes and pour cream over. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.
