- Lettuce (1/2 Romana and 1/2 Lollo Bianco)
- 1 Radicchio
- 1 Cucumber
- 4 carrots
- 4 Tomatoes
- 100 grams Almond slivers
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation

For the salad, rinse the lettuce, spin dry and tear into bite-sized pieces. Rinse radicchio and cut into strips. Rinse cucumber and cut into thin slices. Rinse carrot, peel and grate. Rinse tomatoes and quarter.

Mix all prepared ingredients with the almonds. Rinse the chicken, pat dry, season with salt and pepper and cook on the grill for 8 minutes, turning frequently. Cut into strips and arrange over the salad. For the dressing, stir all ingredients together and serve with the salad.
