- For the marinade
- 1 Tbsp thin honey
- 2 Tbsps Chili sauce
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- salt
- peppers
- ground paprika
Preparation
1.
Rinse the chicken, pat dry and rub with salt and pepper inside and out. Stuff the whole bunch of parsley and the butter inside.

For the marinade, mix the honey, oil and chili sauce together and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Brush the chicken with half the marinade.
3.
Roast the chicken in a preheated oven at 200ºC (approximately 400ºF) for about 45 minutes. Baste regularly with the remaining marinade.
Serve hot or cold.
