- For the avocado cream
- 2 ripe Avocados
- 2 Tbsps Lime juice
- 2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsps Crème fraiche
- 1 pinch sugar
- Tabasco sauce
- salt
- For the chicken
- 4 Chicken breasts (each about 140 grams)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- vegetable oil

- 2 Limes
Preparation

For the avocado cream: halve avocados lengthwise, pit and remove pulp with a spoon. Combine pulp with lime juice, mayonnaise and creme fraiche and puree. Season with sugar, salt and a dash of Tabasco.

For the chicken: rinse chicken breasts, pat dry and cut into strips. Season with salt and pepper and place on an oiled grill rack. Grill on a hot grill for about 4-5 minutes, turning once. Arrange chicken pieces with avocado cream on plates and serve with halved lime.
