- 3 ½ ozs Chives
- 1 ½ ozs parsley
- 2 garlic cloves
- 18 ozs firm Goat cheese
- 2 Tbsps Whipped cream
- Sesame cracker
Preparation steps

Rinse the chives and parsley. Remove the leaves from the parsley, and finely chop. Thinly slice the chives. Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Mix the garlic, goat cheese, and the cream. Wet a 15 x 25 (approximately 6 x 10 inch) piece of parchment paper with cold water.

Spread the cheese mixture on the parchment paper, sprinkle with one third of the herbs, and carefully roll. Wet your hands and transfer the roll to a clean piece of parchment paper. Sprinkle with the remaining herbs, and serve with the sesame crackers.
