2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsps finely grated lemon zest
0.333 cup butter
3 Tbsps Agave syrup
½ cup natural Greek yogurt
¼ cup melted sugar-free white chocolate

Preparation steps

1.
Put the flour and lemon zest into a bowl. Add the butter and rub in with your fingers.
2.
Mix together the agave syrup and yogurt and add to the flour. Mix to to a soft but not sticky dough, adding a little more flour if necessary. Shape into a roll about 6cm in diameter. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill until firm.
3.
Heat the oven to 190°C/170°C fan/375°F/gas 5. Slice the dough into 1cm thick slices and place on a non-stick baking tray.
4.
Bake in the oven for 12–15 minutes. Remove the biscuits and cool on a wire rack.
5.
When the biscuits are cold, drizzle the melted chocolate over them and then leave to set.
