Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the oranges and rub dry until the skins shine.
2.
Cut about 1/3 from each orange and gently squeeze out the juice from the larger pieces on a juicer, without damaging the skin. Loosen the remaining pulp carefully using a sharp-edged spoon.

Squeeze out the juice thoroughly and use elsewhere (eg. for hot orange).
4.
Now, with the help of a sharp knife, cut small shapes / patterns into the orange peel. Ensure that you leave a gap of 0.5 - 0.75 cm between the shapes (approximately 3/4 inch).
5.
Arrange the orange peels decoratively on a plate and occasionally drizzle with a little water, so they do not dry out as quickly.
