400 grams grated Farmhouse cheese (such as Bergkäse)
400 grams Tapioca flour
5 Tbsps softened butter
3 eggs (lightly-beaten)
½ Tbsp Baking powder

Preparation steps

Combine all ingredients and knead until smooth. Form dough into about 40 small rolls. Place rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (approximately 400°F) until lightly browned, about 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and serve hot.
