- 3 Red onions
- 2 Red Bell pepper
- 100 grams Snow peas
- 1 pc ginger
- 100 grams Mung bean sprouts
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation

Cook rice in a pot of boiling salted water for 20 minutes, then drain through a sieve. Rinse pork, pat dry and cut into strips. Peel onions and cut into eighths. Rinse bell peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into strips. Rinse snow peas and trim. Peel ginger and finely dice. Rinse mung bean sprouts. Heat oil in a pan, fry pork on all sides until brown. Add onions, bell peppers and ginger and fry while stirring. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes. Add snow peas, mung bean sprouts and rice, stir. fry about 3 minutes and season with pepper, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Serve immediately.
