2 carrots
1 Zucchini
2 ripe Avocados
1 Tbsp lemon juice
3 sprigs oregano
3 Tbsps olive oil
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Peel the carrot and peel with a peeler lengthwise into thin strips. Rinse the zucchini, trim and also cut lengthwise into thin slices.

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, gently remove the pulp from the peel, cut into thin strips and mix with the lemon juice.

3.

Rinse the oregano, shake dry, pluck the leaves from the stems and mix with the remaining vegetables and oil. Season with salt and pepper, arrange on plates and serve drizzled with balsamic cream.
