Preparation
1.

Arrange the lettuce on a plate. Form the tartare into a ball and flatten slightly. Form a small depression in the top, and place on top of the lettuce.

Crack the egg, and place on top of the tartare. Arrange the remaining ingredients on the plate, season to taste with salt and pepper, and serve.
