- 300 grams mixed Lettuce (as desired)
- 2 handfuls herbal and Edible flowers (such as nasturtium, chives, thyme, pansies, borage flowers, etc.)
- For the vinaigrette
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- 2 Tbsps scallions
Preparation

Rinse lettuce and spin dry. Mix all ingredients for the vinaigrette together in a bowl.

Place lettuce leaves in a large bowl and mix. Pour vinaigrette over lettuce leaves and mix well. Sprinkle flowers over lettuce leaves and carefully fold in.

Serve immediately. Serve with fresh bread if desired.
