- 8 sprigs rosemary
- 4 Tbsps sunflower oil
- ½ tsp ground paprika
- salt
- peppers
- 1 pinch chili peppers
Preparation

Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces, then skewer with the rosemary sprigs. mix the oil with the paprika, and a pinch of chili powder. Season with salt and pepper, then add to the skewers. Marinate for at least 30 minutes. Cook the skewers on a grill for 7-10 minutes.

The kebabs go well served with a tomato salad.
