Preparation
1.

Rinse and halve bell peppers, remove seeds and ribs and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel onions, halve lengthwise and cut into narrow wedges. Peel garlic and cut into slices.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Saute onions and garlic until translucent. Season with ​​paprika and thyme and chile peppers crushed in a mortar. Saute for about 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt. Flatten cutlets slightly and season with salt and cayenne pepper. Heat remaining oil in a pan and cook cutlets for about 3 minutes per side. Arrange cutlets and peppers on plates and serve.
