- 4 Chicken breasts
- 400 grams Farfalle
- 250 grams Peas
- 1 shallot
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 100 grams grated Cheese

Preparation
1.
Rinse chicken breasts, pat dry and dice.
2.
Cook Farfalle pasta according to package in salted water until firm.
3.
Peel and finely chop shallot and garlic.
4.
Fry chicken in hot oil, add shallot and garlic and fry until golden brown. Add peas and 2-3 EL pasta water, pasta and cheese. Melt, then serve with pepper and salt.
5.
Add a fresh green salad.
