- 2 small garlic cloves

- 2 bunches Basil
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 1 sprig parsley
- 1 fresh green chili pepper
- Lemon peel

- 6 French Goat cheese (thickly sliced)
- 1 bay leaf
- ½ l olive oil
Preparation
1.
Separate the garlic into individual cloves. Peel the garlic cloves. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the garlic, blanch for 3 minutes, then drain thoroughly.

Rinse and dry the basil, rosemary, and parsley. Remove the leaves from the herbs. Rinse the pepper, remove the seeds, and julienne. Coarsely chop the peppercorns.

Place the garlic and goat cheese into a sealable glass jar. Distribute the herbs into the jar, and layer the bay leaf, chili pepper, and peppercorns in between.

Mix the lemon juice with the olive oil, and pour into the jar until everything is covered. Let marinate for at least 10 days in a cool place.
