- 3 eggs
- salt
- peppers
- 2 tsps ground paprika
- 80 grams Pastry flour
- 200 grams breadcrumbs
- vegetable oil (for frying)
Preparation

Rinse the chicken, pat dry and divide each into 8 parts. Remove the skin. Whisk the egg in a deep dish and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Place the flour and the breadcrumbs each in a separate deep plate. Dip the chicken pieces first in flour, then in egg and then in the breadcrumbs. Fry in the hot oil until golden brown, 10-15 minutes (170°C) (approximately 340°F). Drain and remove to paper towels.
