1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 Tbsp wholemeal- Rice flour
1 tsp sweet ground paprika
1 tsp salt

Preparation
1.

Peel or wash the potatoes as desired and cut them into approx. 1/2" thick, even sticks. Then put the potatoes in a sieve and rinse them under running water until they remain clear.

Place potato sticks in a large, heat-resistant bowl and pour boiling water over them. Then soak for about 15 minutes and drain the water.

Spread the fries on a clean kitchen towel and dry well. Then mix in a bowl with oil, flour, paprika powder, and salt.

In the meantime, preheat the oven together with the baking tray to 200°C / 400°F.

Remove the baking tray from the oven, cover with baking paper and spread the fries on top so that they touch each other as little as possible. Bake the French fries in the oven for approx. 25-30 minutes until crispy. Turn once after 15 minutes.
