- 500 grams starchy potatoes
- 1 bunch Soup vegetables (such as carrot, leek, parsnip or other aromatic vegetables such as celery or onion)
- 750 milliliters fish stock
- 250 milliliters water
- 100 grams Whipped cream
- salt (and white pepper)
- 200 grams Salmon (thinly sliced)
- Dill (for garnish)
Preparation

Peel the potatoes, rinse and dice into small cubes. Rinse soup vegetables, trim and chop. Put the vegetables in a saucepan with the fish stock and water, cover and boil for about 20 minutes. Then puree with an immersion blender. Stir in cream. Season with salt and pepper. Reheat gently for 1 minute.

Cut the salmon into strips.

Ladle the soup into hot bowls. Distribute salmon on the soup and garnish with dill.
