- 2 sprigs thyme
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 500 grams Chicken breasts
- salt
- crushed Red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 Tomatoes
- 8 leaves Lettuce
- 8 slices Bacon (10 grams each)
- 8 Tortillas
- 100 grams Sour cream
Preparation
1.
Rinse thyme and rosemary, shake dry, pluck and chop leaves. Rinse chicken fillet under cold water, pat dry and season with salt, pepper flakes and herbs.

Heat oil in a pan. Cook chicken fillet over medium heat for about 8 minutes until golden brown on all sides. Reduce heat and simmer meat about 5 minutes. Remove, let cool and cut into strips while lukewarm.
3.
Meanwhile rinse tomatoes, remove stem approaches and slice. Rinse lettuce leaves and spin dry.
4.
Cook bacon to crisp in a pan and drain on paper towels.
5.
Warm tortillas according to package instructions. Top with lettuce leaves. Center tomatoes, meat and bacon on tortilla, dollop with sour cream, roll up - and go!
