- 8 medium sized potatoes (cooked)
- 1 bunch young scallions
- 2 Tbsps neutral vegetable oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 4 Salmon
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp ground paprika (sweet)
- 1 tsp peppers (ground)
- ½ tsp Curry powder
- 2 Tbsps neutral vegetable oil
Preparation
1.
Cut the potatoes into thin slices and cook slowly in 2 tablespoons oil until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper and fill with scallions (up to 3 pieces) sliced into thin rings in a baking dish.

Rinse the salmon fillets and pat dry. Make a paste of the honey, paprika, pepper, curry and oil. Coat the salmon with the paste and put on the potatoes.

Bake in preheated oven on the middle rack at 160°C (approximately 325°F) for about 15 minutes, until the salmon is cooked and the spice crust has a brown color.
4.
To serve, garnish with remaining scallions.
